Sizing should make shopping easier, not create another guessing game. Use these guides for footwear widths, sports bras, apparel, kids, socks, compression and brand-specific sizing.

When a brand or product uses its own system, we call it out instead of forcing it into a generic chart.

Sizing and fitting are related—but they are not the same.

Sizing answers “where do I start?”

Examples: What does a women's D width mean? Which apparel size matches my measurements? Which sock size range includes my shoe size?

Fitting answers “what actually works?”

Fit goes further: foot shape, heel security, midfoot volume, forefoot geometry, toe depth, cushioning, stability, intended activity and how a specific product interacts with your body.
