adidas Hyperboost Run: Release Date, Specs & Early Details
adidas Hyperboost Run: a new high-cushion daily trainer
The adidas Hyperboost Run brings adidas' Hyperboost cushioning concept into an everyday road-running shoe rather than a plated racing model. Based on current Spring/Summer 2027 information, it is positioned as a neutral, highly cushioned daily trainer.
What is Hyperboost Pro?
The biggest story is the midsole. adidas describes Hyperboost Pro as a pelletized foam derived from technology used in its performance and racing footwear, but tuned for the demands of daily training.
The goal is to combine a softer, protective feel with useful energy return and lower weight than a traditional high-cushion trainer. That makes the Hyperboost Run particularly interesting for runners who want substantial cushioning without the stiffness or aggressive geometry of a plated racer.
Upper, outsole & key specs
PRIMEWEAVE upper
A soft engineered woven upper with zoned breathability and a gusseted tongue is intended to balance comfort and hold.
LIGHTTRAXION + Continental
A lightweight outsole uses Continental rubber in the forefoot for added traction at toe-off.
Who should consider the Hyperboost Run?
The Hyperboost Run appears best suited to runners looking for one cushioned neutral shoe that can cover easy miles, steady daily runs, longer road efforts and walking.
Once our production pairs arrive, we will pay particular attention to how soft versus responsive Hyperboost Pro feels, how securely PRIMEWEAVE fits through the midfoot and heel, how the 6 mm geometry transitions over longer runs, and how the lighter outsole holds up on real roads.
